王海涛：笔名秦人，1977年生于衡水，幼时爱好涂鸦，生于衡水长于衡水，慕名衡水内画，近水楼台自然的走上了内画之路，99年有缘结识张大勇先生，开始了内画的生涯。在老师的悉心指导下画艺突飞猛进，并形成了自己独具面貌的风格，色彩妍丽墨色酣畅相互呼应。

代表作有《长恨歌》，《四大名著》，等等

Qin Ren (秦人), or Wang Hai Tao (王海涛), was born in 1977 in the Chinese capital city of inner painting, Heng Sui (衡水). Hai Tao likes art since he was a young boy and his way of expressing himself is through mischievous graffiti.

In 1999, Wang Hai Tao met Master Zhang Da Yong (张大勇). After seeing how an inside painted snuff bottle was drawn, Hai Tao decided become a full time artist under the stewardship of Master Zhang Da Yong. Master Zhang has since been able to channel his energy in drawing graffiti into inside painting. His other interest is to study Philosophy. The study of philosophy and his graffiti drawing pass has molded him into his own unique style of expressing himself when he paints. He like to use bold, bright and distinctive colors to exaggerate his subjects. His graffiti pass has certainly help him to make an impact to distinguish himself among many other artist in Heng Sui.

His masterpieces are Chang Hen Ge 《长恨歌》， Si Da Ming Zhu 《四大名著》， Xing Hua Chun 《杏花村》.
